You Can build mass muscle with the 7 minute muscle book says Jide Chen

Does the 7 Minute Muscle Book Work?

If you have ever tried to build muscle, you would know how frustrating it can sometimes be and the problem some people usually have is that they do not have enough time to do the various exercises and workouts they need to do to be able to build muscles.

Jon Benson has created the 7 minute muscle book where he claims he would show how anyone can gain more muscle mass and improve your health by exercising just 7 minutes. A lot of things has been said about this book but here is a review of what to expect from it.

The book is under 100 pages long and it also comes with 6 bonus training videos which would show what this muscle system is all about, why it works and exactly how do each workout you would need to do.

The good thing about this book is that the author is well known and has released other books related to health and staying fit. The not so good thing is that this book is not as comprehensive as some of the other muscle building guides out there because the author tried to refine the book to deliver ways of training for muscle that do not take time.

All in all, the premise of 7 minute muscle is that you do not really have to workout much to be able to build muscle as long as you do it right. The jury is still out though on whether you can really build muscles by working out just seven minutes a day. Does it work? As long as you are ready to follow the instructions you should be ok, but it might take you more than 7 minutes.

Segun_ling’s review of Jon Bensons’s 7 minute muscle reccomends the program as one to be followed to build mass muscle.

7 Minute Muscle Review

If you have ever tried to build muscles you would know how frustrating it can sometimes be and there is no shortage of books and guides out there which claim to show how anyone can build muscles over night. Jon Benson has created the 7 minute muscle program where he claims he would show how anyone can gain more lean muscle mass and dramatically increase health in just 7 minutes a day, it follows up on his previous book fit over 40. Much has been said about this program but here is a review of what to expect.

The whole package consists of an e-book and 6 bonus training videos which are delivered to you in pdf format immediately after you pay. The main book is under 100 pages and it contains cited references to specific studies on muscle growth, fat loss and more. The 6 videos would show you the basics behind the 7 minutes system, why it works and exactly how each workout is constructed and it also includes things like how to build an amazing chest in minutes, how to get great arms in minutes and there is even a bonus video on the best movements you can do at home to improve your lower body.

The good thing about this book is that the author is well known and this book is very good for those who can only squeeze in a few minutes a day to exercise. The not so good thing is that you still have to do the exercise the books just gives you methods of building muscles in the shortest time possible

All things considered, 7 minute muscle does look like a good program and if you are someone who is interested in building more muscle mass and you don’t want to spend much time doing it, then I recommend you give this a try.

Understand that this is going to cost you some money and will probably take up more of your time while learning how to build muscles and muscle mass. One of the main points too and not to be over looked is you have to eat those small meals all day long. If you are about to imbark on some intense bodybuilding workouts, then you should go see your doctor before you start to make sure your body is able to handle these extreme workouts.

There could be different circumstances for each bodybuilder. Some can workout the arms and legs while the back is not going to be able to take much. But don’t fear, there are still some extreme bodybuilding training techniques that you are going to be able to do.

So if you are ready for the challenge of your life, then watch and learn the fastest way to build muscle using some advanced bodybuilding techniques. Below you are going to find some bodybuilding routines that will increase muscle mass, tone, define your muscles and make them big.

5 Advanced Bodybuilding techniques to Build Muscles Quickly

Forced Reps:
What you are going to do here is to lift the weight over and over, quicker and quicker, but the key is that you have helper "spotter" to "force the rep by helping you lift the barbell. What I mean by this is for every ten (10) lifts, you are going to get some help on the eleventh (11). What is going to happen is the barbell is going to get heavier and heavier. This is for sure going to help you build some muscle mass over time.

Partials:
This one can be a lot of fun. What you want to do is instead of doing a normal lift by moving the weight all the way, you are going to only move the weight half way and then hold it for 10-20 seconds, and do it again. You are going to feel some pain with this one, so make sure that you stretch after each one of the sets to help minimize the pain you are going to feel.

Pre Exhaust Training:
This one is for when one specific area is what you want to work on. Say you are going to work on the triceps. You start by doing your favorite routine for your triceps, like lifting the dumbbell over your head. This is the intense part. When you are resting in between switching weights or lifts, you are going to skip the rest part and just begin the new exercise. Some people have called this "super setting", and man does this get those muscles working and burning. This is a great one for building muscle fast.

Giant Sets:
This one is going to be similar to the pre exhausting exercise. But here is the difference, you are not going to rest at all for an entire series of exercises of a specific muscle group. Talk about burning, this one will do that. So if you are going to work those biceps and you have several exercises you do, there is no rest for that entire group of exercises for thos biceps.

Strip Sets:
You are going to need some help for this one, so get two of your buddies at the gym to help you with this one. Time is everything with this strip sets. What you are going to do is start bench pressing with the most weight on it you usually use and then have the spotters start to lower the weight. Now there is no rest in between the weight changes, and you should be used to that by now. The speed is what is going to build the muscles on this one. Try it you will see what I mean.

As you can see, these advanced bodybuilding training / routines are really going to give you a workout. Give this a try for a few months and watch how fast your muscles grow. You will gain muscles, muscle mass, definition and be proud to show that body off.

How To Build Muscle Without Gaining Weight

March 7th, 2009

Follow the nutrition tips and diet guide of Jon Benson to build mass muscle without retaining any fat.

Two Amino Acids that don’t Build Muscle or Help You Gain Weight

BCAAs, also known as branched chain amino acids, are just one of many types of bodybuilding supplements that promise the weight lifter gains in weight and muscle building.

BCAAs, also known as branched chain amino acids, are just one of many types of bodybuilding supplements that promise the weight lifter gains in weight and muscle building. However, before you go off and hand over your cash on these dietary supplements, check out what a British study has just uncovered.

Two of these amino acids in question are alanine and carnosine, both of which are chemicals that are found in muscle mass that affect muscle size, strength, and natural metabolism. They also are important in the entire protein synthesis process. However, according to a study titled "Amino Acids", in press, a British study, it was found that bodybuilding supplements that contain alanine, taken at 6.4 grams per day for a total of 10 weeks, had absolutely no effect on body composition (lean muscle mass – to – body fat ratio), muscular endurance, strength, muscle building / weight gain. (Interesting, because at $30 a pop, that sure is a lot of wasted money and hopes).

On top of that, alanine had no effects on the amino acid canosine, which is exactly what many manufacturers of these types of muscle building supplements claim.

Again, as I’ve mentioned in many other articles and blog posts, the majority of nutritional supplements aimed at building muscle and gaining weight for the naturally skinny individual are nothing more than expensive placebo pills / powders. That’s why when it comes to factors that will actually help you achieve your physique goals it will always come down to using the correct and specific weight training routine and caloric manipulation.
