<p>While I was still in university, I started taking up my health seriously and joined a gym to remain fit and do regular workouts to maintain the right body mass index. My trainer gave me some tips to maintain healthy routine.</p>
<p>Here are some of them:<br/>

<li><strong>Always remain consistent:</strong> Consistency is the keyword. If you are consistent with your routine then you can be sure of the results. Once you have started working out don&rsquo;t become lazy after 10-15 days. Be regular, be consistent.</li>

<li><strong>Set a Realistic goal and reach it:</strong> Start exercising by setting goals. Be realistic, while setting goals. Don&rsquo;t set a goal too high that you can&rsquo;t reach in the stipulated time. Don&rsquo;t expect yourself to shed 10 lbs in 10 days.</li>

<li><strong>Take along someone:</strong> It helps if you take someone along with your set routine. It can be anyone, your friend, your acquaintance or even a relative. <p><br/><strong>The DWI charge !</strong></p>
<p>When I joined gym for a strict exercise regime (I used to do some exercise at home too but was not regular), I started doing regular exercises to build up my muscle mass and to properly tone my body. One month down the line, I had an awful experience while I was driving back home after one of my strict routines.</p>
<p>I was sweating profusely after the exercise routine and a Police officer took it the other way. He thought that I was intoxicated and hence apprehended me, I tried to explain things to him but it was all in vain.
