However, this is not the case. Gains are actually made outside of the gym - by eating the right diet. Most pro bodybuilders recommend only 1 hour of intense training per day, and the rest of the time should be focused on eating right.

		<description>I do think if someone is looking into muscle building, and just simply want to get in shape, they should consult a personal trainer who is educated about the process. Every ones body is different and requires personalized work out routines. If you are not seeing results,than you are obviously doing it all wrong, and need professional help.
